The room was very clean and neat.
The a/c did not seem to work properly. Did not matter the setting it would not run more frequently. Could hear everything from the road to the rooms next door.

rooms were spacious , bed was comfortable. breakfast was good staff was friendly and the pool was clean.
water pressure in the shower was low, and there was no where to sit and eat breakfast.

Convenient location close to Hershey Park and the Outlets. You can easily reach restaurants and popular attractions within a 10-20 mile range. Also, this place is near the softball fields where our granddaughter was playing! 🎉

Rooms here are a good size with two beds, which was awesome. The place was pretty tidy, and the staff were super friendly.

The hotel was close to all the Hershey attractions. The staff was very friendly. Each morning we were greeted as we made our breakfast and asked about our day. We didn't mind that the breakfast area had no place to sit. We liked eating in our room.
The breakfast area was small and hard to move around if too many people were in there at the same time.

The room was well-maintained and newly renovated with clean amenities. Location: the hotel was near to a convenience store for a toothbrush and hershey attractions, outlets, grocery and restaurants and food establishments. The place was reasonably priced.

Beds need serious upgrade- or at least upgrade the pillows to make up for old hard bed. This is my only complaint about this place
